追跡番号を確認したところimport Customsで商品は止まっているようです。
import Customsから通知などはありませんでしょうか？

もうしばらく待てば到着すると思われますが、いつになるのかは判断ができません。
もしキャンセルをお望みでしたら全額返金いたします。
キャンセル後、商品が届きましたら受け取り拒否をお願いします。
そうすれば商品は日本に戻ります。
