The dealer further agrees, that the foregoing obligations of confidentiality are ongoing and shall be binding on the dealer regardless of whether the dealer enters into a further contractual relationship with Cabela's to distribute and/or sell Cabela's products and regardless of whether such further contractual relationship, if any, shall be in force or terminated.
