機器に下記問題があります。

バルブ（弁）の「開」動作が遅い

※手動での開閉動作は可能。
　手動で開閉したあと一時的に正常に戻るが、すぐに「開」動作が遅くなる。
　「閉」動作には問題はありません。

部品は交換して1年ほど経っています。
交換が必要でしょうか？

I found a following problem at the equipment.

The valve opens slowly.

※I can open and close the valve manually.
After opening and closing manually, it returns to normal condition for a while. But it starts opening slowly immediately after that.
I have not found a problem at closing.

I exchanged the parts about one year ago.
Do I have to exchange it?
