全体的に大幅に昇給している
これまで不当な評価を受けていたからというのもあるだろうが、本当に正当な昇給なのか改めて考えてほしい
もし昇給させないと彼らをマネジメントできないと言うのであればそれは納得できない
きちんとした成果が出て評価すべき

Overall, the salary of the employees has risen drastically.
This may be due to the fact that they have been evaluated unfairly in the past but I would like people to think again if this rise is really justifiable.
I cannot agree if they think they cannot manage employees unless they give them pay raise.
They should evaluate after they are proved by some good results.
