I introduce to Mr Oda my friend, she work for one factory, offer the other kind of product to him, they are contacting together

But now my friend ask me about the payment term of Mr Oda, the first time he talked he use the LC, it's okay but now he changes to deposit 30%, 70% after bill 20 days,

She worries about this because the last time he also delayed to my factory many times also..

I dont know how can advise to her
