Shipmentで、受領の差異があった問題で、Case開かせていただき、
数量の確認をお願いしておりました。
しかしながら、 (MIC) Teamのほうではこれ以上の調査不可ということで、こちらにてお問い合わせをさせていただきます。

こちらの出荷はまちがいなくアマゾン倉庫に到着しており、日本から発送したので、中身が０で受領ということはありえません。
大型商品なので、倉庫のどこかにあるはずです。お手数ですが、今一度調査をお願いいたします。

For the issue of the shipment in discrepancy when receiving, we asked it to check the number with opening the case.
However, it was advised that they cannot perform more inspection at (MIC) Team side, I will make a contact for this side instead.
The shipment must have been to the warehouse of Amazon without any problem.I confirmed the shopping from Japan was done perfectly therefore the contents are never nill in receiving in result.
As the bulky item so that there is somewhere in warehouse, I am sorry for putting you any trouble but once again let me ask you to check it, please.
