ペナルティというのは、納付した税金の額に誤りがあり、追徴課税を支払うのでしょうか？
それとも納税について不正があり、ペナルティを受けるのでしょうか？
これまで御社やvatglobalにお願いして納税をしてきました
弊社としては不正をしたつもりはありません

また追徴課税の場合、まだ受け取っていないvatmportから支払いは可能ですか？
税金は全て納めているのですが、vatmportは受け取っていないものが数多くあります。
そのあたりもHMRCの担当者はしっかり調べて貰えると助かります。

Does the penalty means that we should pay the back taxes since the paid amount was wrong.
Or, will we take a penalty since there was the injustice for the tax payment?
We had paid by asking your company and vatglobal so far.
We did not intend to do a dishonest act.

Also, in case of the back taxes, can we pay it from vatmport that we have not received yet?
We have paid all taxes, but we have not received many of vatmport.
It would be helpful for us if the person in HMRC investigate in responsible way.
