プランBはプランAの代替のプラン（予算を削減するため）であり、プランAのコンテンツはプランBのコンテンツを包括しているので両方受けることの意味合いはあまりありません。

You can not choose both of plan A and B.

Plan B is alternative of plan A (to reduce the budget) and the contents of plan A is including that of plan B, so there is no meaning to receive both.

I am sorry for bothering you, but would you please consider of choosing either plan A or B?
