今回，定量的評価により治療に伴う急性期唾液腺障害は比較的早期より起こることが示唆された．その予防法の一つとしてｱﾒ摂取が有効であることが示された．ｱﾒは比較的安価で日常で手に入りやすく，ｱﾒの持つ抗炎症作用により口腔内粘膜が保護され，唾液腺機能が維持できたことは，この治療を受ける多くの患者の副作用を軽減し．QOL維持に有効となる可能性がある.

It is being researched now. However, as it has not been transferred to chronic salivary gland disorder after that as for intervention group, it might be contributing to maintaining of the long term quality of life.

By quantitative assessment, it was indicated that the acute salivary gland disorder with treatment occurs relatively early. It was shown that eating candy as one of the preventive methods is effective. We can purchase the candy at relatively low price in our daily life, and oral mucosa is protected as a result of anit-inflammator effect. In addition, we can maintain the function of the salivary gland. As a result of which, it is possible that it reduces side effect of many patients who receive this treatment, and is effective in maintaining the quality of life.
