ｱﾒは薬ではないので医療費を圧迫することもなく，患者も比較的安価にどこでも手に入れることができます．また酸刺激による粘膜障害や唾液腺濃縮がないので，長期的な慢性障害も予防できる潜在的可能性もあります．ぜひ多くの施設でもRI内服時に数日試していただいて，多くの患者の急性期唾液腺障害を予防し，その後のQOL維持に役立つことを願っています．

As there is neither disability of mucouse membrane nor salivary gland concentration, it is possible to prevent chronic disorder for a long time potentially. I wish that they try it for several days when taking RI in many hospitals, prevent
acute salivary gland disorder of many patients. I also wish that it helps in maintaining quality of life after that.
