今回の可能性としては2つ原因が考えられます。

何らかの要因でファイバーが目開きした。
ファイバーが脱落している可能性もあります。

上司と話し合った結果、AからBの変更を認める方向で考えております。
但し、Aのキャンセル及び変更が出来ない状況ですので、Bは新規手配になります。
ですので、上記納期には間に合いませんので、その点はご了承ください。
Aは弊社で在庫するか、最悪の場合、無償で提供します。
