A社に勤めている3年目の若手が、ロンドン勤務に興味があるようです。
リファレンスとしては超優秀とのこと。
修行をしたいとのことで、当然給与も現地基準で構わないようです。
このようなポテンシャル採用は可能性ありますか。特にfinanceのハードスキルは、実務者として手を動かしている年齢なので、相当高いレベルにあるとおもいます

The young people on their 3rd year working at Company A seem to be interested in working at London.
They say that they have extremely excellent references.
Because they say they want to training it seems that they don't mind either that their wages are naturally the standard on site.
Is there a possibility of this kind of potential hiring? In particular, for hard skills in finance they are of the age that can move as the actual implementers so I think they would be at an appropriately high level.
