Where there any progress regarding the audit of HMRC?

I was contacted by HMRC regarding the audit in January, and our company's Amazon UK account was frozen.
I have a few questions regarding that matter.
Do you mind asking these questions below to the person in charge at HMRC?

1 How long does it take to finish the audit?

2 Amazon UK froze our account by a command from HMRC six months ago and it has still been.
Will you contact Amazon to recover the account after the audit is finished?
