配送状況を確認した結果、国内郵便の手違いで受領登録に3日を要し、さらに貴国税関で9日滞留していました。昨今日本から貴国宛荷物は、種類を問わず税関で長期間止められる傾向にあります。特にここ3か月は顕著です
以前は日本発送後7日もあればお客様の元へ届いていました。先月貴国へ送った荷物は14日間も税関で止められ、日本の郵便局から調査依頼を行ってやっと動き出し配達完了しました。
もし可能なら荷物の到着を待って頂くか、異議申立をせず私に連絡して下さい。私から全額返金又は代品送付で対応します
