配送状況を確認した結果、国内郵便の手違いで受領登録に3日を要し、さらに貴国税関で9日滞留していました。昨今日本から貴国宛荷物は、種類を問わず税関で長期間止められる傾向にあります。特にここ3か月は顕著です
以前は日本発送後7日もあればお客様の元へ届いていました。先月貴国へ送った荷物は14日間も税関で止められ、日本の郵便局から調査依頼を行ってやっと動き出し配達完了しました。
もし可能なら荷物の到着を待って頂くか、異議申立をせず私に連絡して下さい。私から全額返金又は代品送付で対応します

As a result of confirming the delivery status, it took 3 days to register the receipt by mistake of the domestic post, and it was staying for another 9 days at the customs in your country. Nowadays, packages from Japan to your country tend to be stopped for a long time by customs regardless of the type. It has been apparent especially for the last 3 months.

It used to arrive to the customer 7 days after shipment in Japan. The package I sent to your country last month was shut down by the customs for 14 days, and an investigation request was sent from the post office in Japan before it finally resumed delivery.

Please wait for the arrival of the package if possible, or contact me without an objection. I will respond with a full refund or a substitute delivery from me.
