お世話になります。

先日、納品いただいた、
【310003　wood chair】にて重大なトラブルが発生しております。

80㎏程度の荷重を掛けただけで、
添付写真のように座面が割れてしまうものが、出ております。

割れてしまった、座面を剥がし中を確認しました。
①板をつないでいるものは、もちろん割れます。
②板をつないでいないものも、80㎏程度で割れてしまうものがあります。

これでは、とても出荷することが出来ません。
至急、対策を検討いただけますでしょうか？

The products, 310003 wood chair, that have delivered to us the other day caused critical quality problems.
As you can see in the attachment, some of the chair seats have broken with only 80kg load.

We have investigated the broken products to see the cause of the problems.
①The conected area to the board has broken.
②Some areas not connected to the board have also broken with only 80kg load.

We are afraid to inform you that we are not able to ship those products.
Please kidnly provide measures to solve these problems.
