お世話になります。

先日、納品いただいた、
【310003　wood chair】にて重大なトラブルが発生しております。

80㎏程度の荷重を掛けただけで、
添付写真のように座面が割れてしまうものが、出ております。

割れてしまった、座面を剥がし中を確認しました。
①板をつないでいるものは、もちろん割れます。
②板をつないでいないものも、80㎏程度で割れてしまうものがあります。

これでは、とても出荷することが出来ません。
至急、対策を検討いただけますでしょうか？

A big trouble is occurring at 310003 wood chair you sent to me a few days ago.

When I put an item of 80 kilograms, the seat is broken. You can see it in attached picture.

I removed the broken seat and checked in it.
1. The item connecting the board is naturally broken.
2. Even if the item not connecting the board is broken by the weight of 80 kilograms.

I can ship it under this condition.
Would you consider how to handle it immediately?
