お世話になります。

先日、納品いただいた、
【310003　wood chair】にて重大なトラブルが発生しております。

80㎏程度の荷重を掛けただけで、
添付写真のように座面が割れてしまうものが、出ております。

割れてしまった、座面を剥がし中を確認しました。
①板をつないでいるものは、もちろん割れます。
②板をつないでいないものも、80㎏程度で割れてしまうものがあります。

これでは、とても出荷することが出来ません。
至急、対策を検討いただけますでしょうか？

Hello,
There is a big trouble on the 310003, wood chair delivered the other day.
Just applying only 80kg, there is some which broke on the seating surface as shown on the attached photos.
We confirmed that while we were pealing the surface of chair, broke .
1. Of course it was broken when placing the surface together.
2. About 80 percent, we could confirm broken with 80kg pressure even it is placing together.
For this situation, we can not ship to our customers.
Urgently we need your assistance.
We are waiting for your prompt reply so soon.
