備考: アメリカのバイヤーから下記のメッセージがありました。留守がちの方なのだと思います。不在票にサインすれば大丈夫だと(受け取れると)思っていたのでしょうか ? 書留便で発送しました。

Do not understand why signature is required for delivery.
Post office will not deliver even after I signed a slip to leave parcel in mailbox.
Requested to redeliver 5-3. They say will return to sender 5-12.

もう一件、昨日マグカップを発送した他のバイヤーから下記メッセージがあったのですが… 返事は
“I hope it will arrive early“ だけでもいいかと思いますが… 何か上手い返事、一言いい言葉がないでしょうか ?

不在票に署名しても無効だと思います。(郵便局の規約により)
できれば再配達依頼をして頂き、在宅時に受け取って頂きたいのですが、それが出来ない状況でしたら、署名の必要のないSAL便で再発送いたします。在庫がありますので、すぐ発送することが可能です。その際は再配送料は特別にこちらの方で負担いたします。(既に届いているものは日本に返送扱いにしてください) いかがいたしましょうか ?

I am sorry to have bothered you any trouble at this time.
It might be no use of singing to the delivery notice(This will be because of the rules of the Post Office).
I wish you could ask the reshipping and during your stay at home, I would like you to receive it.
But if you are unable to do so, I will send it via SAL courier. As the item is in our stock therefore I can send it you right away. In that case I will pay the shipping cost especially for you(Please make the returned items for delivered already). What do you think?
