私はボローニャブックフェアで声をかけていただいた、イラストレーターです。
その節はどうもありがとうございました。
「Baby coos」の最初の１,2pの絵を描きました。
どんなイラストを描くか検討したのですが、それ以前に文章の
「See the baby? What ‘s baby’s name? Say…」
のところで区切り、次のページで「baby!」というように、
文章の「Say…」の前でページを変えた方が絵本全体にリズムと変化が生まれ、楽しい絵本になると考えました。

I am an illustrator that you have talked at the Bologna Book Fair.
Thank you very much for taking time to talk to me at that time.
I have drawn page one and two of "Baby coos" at first.
I spent long time at first wondering what kind of illustrations I should draw but decided to end the first page like "See the baby? What ‘s baby’s name? Say…" and then continue the next page starting from "baby!". By starting the page at the sentence "Say..." will give a rhythm and change to the whole book and make it more enjoyable, I thought.
