Can I submit the document issued by store to the customer in some case?
In case that I am requested for prove the item's authenticity, some cost to submit the document will be needed. If I do not submit the documents, re-examination of the product will be necessary and the additional cost will be charged. They say they will claim the cost to us if it will be occurred. It is because they can purchase with cheaper price from them than us. Would it be possible to pay the product amount and additionally produce the items that are completed during the period by the shipment? We will pay for the additional items once they will be arrived.
