返信ありがとうございました。彼らの講習に参加されていたとは、奇遇ですね。
先方に聞いてみたところ、向こうもあなた方をよく覚えていました。
彼らにスケジュールを確認してみたのですが、店舗は３月10日から４月の始めまでは厨房を人に貸し出し、飲食のみの営業のようで、ショールームは閉めるようです。
ただ、タイミング次第でアポイントが取れるかもしれないので事前に直接メールで確認をしてみてください。

I was telling them, they also noticed you were there.
As i confirmed their schedule, the shop will be lending kitchen for others from 10th of March to the beginning of April, open for eating and drinking only and the showroom will be closing.
But there might be still chance to make an appointment for them depending upon the timing, be sure to make a contact to them on email directory.
