SHIP REQUEST ID ○○ がまだ出荷されません。出荷依頼をしてから1週間以上がたちました。何年も前から御社のサービスを利用していますが、このような遅延は初めてです。なぜ出荷されないのか詳しい理由を教えていただけますでしょうか？荷物が出荷されずとても困っています。大至急出荷をしていただきたいです。なぜ出荷がされないのかと、いつ出荷がされる予定なのか教えていただきたいです。お返事お待ちしています。
