かじっているネジ部の内径をエンドミルで削り、ネジを外す。
ポール側のネジにタップを立てて、再度ネジを切り直す。

図面寸法を頼りに加工するが、加工時にポールを傷つける可能性がある。
削るネジがおねじのため、ネジが外れない場合がある。
ポールのネジの損傷が激しい場合は修正できない場合がある。

ボルトは再製作が必須です。
ポールの修正が出来ない場合、再製作が必要になります。

上記のリスクを了承の上、修正を進めたいと考えておりますが、
いかがでしょうか。

Sharpen the inner diameter of the jammed screw and remove it.
Setting a tap to the screw on the pole side and re-cut the screw.

It will be processed by relying on the dimensions on the drawing, but it could possibly damage the pole when processed.
Since it is a male screw to be sharpened, it may not come off.
In the case of severe screw damage on the pole, modification may not be performed.

Reproduction of the bolt is a must.
Since the pole cannot be modified, reproduction will be required.

Based on the above mentioned risks, we would like to proceed with the modification.
What are your thoughts on this?
