ドル契約の全体に占める割合は、40％とする目標が定めされました。
これに則りAもこの目標を目指し調達が進められました。
Bについてはドル契約比率を高めることで為替リスクを回避できると認識されました。
しかし同じ調達国であっても複数通貨が存在する以上、レートが変われば当然リスクは発生します。極めて当たり前の事です。
Cを過ぎDの段階で、Eのレートに基づき計算した結果、他の通貨建と同様為替変動による影響が生じました。しかしこのリスクは、Dの段階まで関係者の誰も認識していませんでした。

The ratio of the contract in US dollars has been decided to be 40%.
For comprising this rule, A was also designated for same target.
B was recognised to be away from the risk occurred by the exchange rate changes if the ratio of USD contract goes up.
However even in same supplying countries, there might be chance to put any the risk on the exchange rate with plural different currency. It is so natural.
Passing C moving onto stage D,as it is calculated with the exchange rate at E, there was fluctuation derived from the exchange rate. But this risk was not unfortunately recognised until reaching to stage D.
