引っ越しにより住所が変わってしまった為、最近国際郵便の未着が多くなってしまっています。
追跡番号があれば事前に配送会社へ問い合わせができる為安心です。

荷物を差し出した窓口で追跡番号を調べて来てもらうことは可能ですか？

配送に使用したのはチェコの郵便局ですか？それともDHL/FedEx/UPS/TNTなどの別の配送会社ですか？

私からも未着調査依頼をかけさせてもらうので教えてください。
面倒だと思うけど宜しくお願いします。
