この商品を購入することを決めました。送料ですが通常のシッピングではなく、調べていただいた追跡番号および受取時のサインが必要なシッピング($80)に変えたいので、新たな請求書をいただけたらPayPalにてお支払いいたしますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

I decided to purchase this item. As for shipping charge, I do not want to use the shipping I have been usually using, but want to use the shipping where tracking number you had searched and sign when receiving it are required (80 dollars). Therefore, would you send me a new invoice? Then I will pay via PayPal. Thank you for your understanding.
