まだ発注をもらっていないお客さんのフォローをお願いしてもいいですか。弊社の取り扱いブランドに慣れて頂いたら、彼の担当した客先を引き継ごうと思います。彼は靴の営業をしていたので、弊社がボリュームで発注できるブランドの新規のお客さんができる可能性があると思います。彼から引き継いだ時 担当者が変わるという事でした。すぐに変わるとお客さんが混乱すると思います。

Current order situation is more order given from customers. However, a new business staff, could I ask him to follow customers by whom he have not yet have business and ordered ? After he get used to handling with our brand, we would like to take over his customers. As he was working with shoes, it seems we can have new customers to whom we can sell a lot of the brand. When we take over him, it was said the person in charge will change. It seems that customers will confused if we change soon.
