まだ発注をもらっていないお客さんのフォローをお願いしてもいいですか。弊社の取り扱いブランドに慣れて頂いたら、彼の担当した客先を引き継ごうと思います。彼は靴の営業をしていたので、弊社がボリュームで発注できるブランドの新規のお客さんができる可能性があると思います。彼から引き継いだ時 担当者が変わるという事でした。すぐに変わるとお客さんが混乱すると思います。

At the current situation, it gets more orders from more customer than last year.Therefore, could you , guys for sales department follow up for customers who are not placing order yet and his former customer, please.
If he is getting used to handle our brands I will take over for his customers later. As he has been selling shoes and there might be possibility to ask volume order for our new brand customers .
He says the person in charge will be changed . This might produce anxiety and confusing for customers.
