本件先日A部門のBさんと改めて確認しまして、見積対象品の確認についてはBさんと直接やりとりをして頂きたくお願いします。
我々から見積対象品の情報を提供するとしていましたが、E等追加情報の最終確認を行うのはA部門のため、Aから直接対象品リストを
貴部へお送りした方がより正確だからです。他のプロジェクトでも同様の対応をしていたそうです
またCの情報を追記しました。添付ファイル中のシートDを参照下さい。現在Fに登録されている全てのC情報が載っています。
更新した列はセルを青に変えています。

I comfirmed this case again the other day with Mr. B from the department and concerning the confirmation of the estimated items, I'd like to talk directly to Mr. B if possible.
We'd like to give information from our side on the estimated items but since additional and final information will be coming from A Department, We'd like you to get send the item list directly from A Department as it would be more accurate.
Even for other projects, it seems we did similar correspondence so I added information on C too.
Please refer to attachment sheet D.
All information currently registered in F, is the left over information for C.
I changed the updated cell's color to blue.
