Custom Duty and Taxが一律16％になっていました。
これはどのようなカテゴリーでも16％でしょうか？
一般的に関税は商品によって率が異なります。

Does this mean that no matter what category it is 16%?
Ordinarily custom duty and tax percentage varies depending on the product.
