If there's no clear response from Germany about lost or damaged package,
then Japan Post can't decide whether to apply the insurance or not.

This is because there's a chance that the package may be delivered to you afterwards.

But I know that I can't trouble you any more than this,
so we will give you a full refund with the shipping fees included.

However, can we ask you to promise on one of these two?
1. If the package is delivered to you afterwards, please do not accept it and
request the package to be returned to Japan.

2. If you accept the package, please pay for the item's price again.
