この度は製品のお届け違いがあったとのこと誠に申し訳ございません。
つきましては、大変お手数ですが１点お調べいただきたいことがございます。
首のところに黒い下げ札がついていると思いますが、その裏に記載されている商品番号（数字）は何になっていますでしょうか？

例：18004、18008、8000etc...

もし可能でしたら、下げ札の裏面の写真もお送りいただくとありがたいです。
お手数をおかけしますが何卒よろしくお願い致します。

You can find a black tag which is hung on the neck. What is the item number (digits) written on the back?

Examples: 18004, 18008, 8000 etc.
