Mercariは他の企業のようにサポートを置いています、という恰好をしながら、質問をテンプレートで門前払いして、返信はできないようにしている。
一般企業としての体制づくりもできていないのに、株式上場だけしてしまった感じだ。
コンプライアンス体制も同様に、上場のため形だけ繕っただけだろうから、そのうち不祥事を起こしても個人的には不思議ではない。
数年後、業績が悪くなった頃に、子会社を使ったソフトウェア開発の循環取引などに手を出さない様、経営陣は肝に命じてもらいたい。
