日本語マニュアルのドラフトを作ってみました。このような内容で日本語マニュアルを印刷して同梱していただけませんでしょうか？
図はもっときれいなイメージをおもちであればそちらを使いたいのでお願いします。
もし、デザインされた箱があれば（他社のロゴがなければ）そちらも使いたいです。

6つの不良品は、今回の注文で値引きしていただけると助かります。
次回は不良品のないようにお願いしたいです・・・全数点検は大変でした。

I have come up with the Japanese manual draft. Would you please print and insert the Japanese manual with such content?
If you have a clearer image, please use it for the image.
If a designed box is available (without other company logo on it), I would like to use it too.

It would be helpful if you could discount the price of those six defected items from this order .
Please be sure there will be no defected items to be shipped from next time... checking the entire quantities was not easy.
