なぜ納期が予想より掛かってしまったかと言うと、

我々にとってA以外の設備を売ることが初めてで、通常の社内ルールに当てはまらないので、どのように社内で進めていくか決めるのに時間が掛かってしまいました。
例えば、誰が図面を作るのか？誰が購買をすすめるのか？どのような仕様にするのか？等を決めるのに時間を要しました。

また、弊社技術部の負荷オーバーにより、なかなか図面作成が進まなかったのも原因の1つです。

現在の弊社の状況は非常に負荷が高い状態にあり、全体的に納期が掛かってしまっております。

I would like to explain the reason why the delivery date took longer time than expected.
We had never sold the facility except A and it did not apply the normal internal rule. So, it took a lot of times to decide how we should proceed it.
For example, who make the drawing sheet? Who proceed to purchase? What kind of the specification should it be? It took to fix the details.

The another reason was that our technique department had a heavy workload so that it did not go through to create the drawings smoothly.
Our workload has been so heavy in the current situation, and it takes a lot of times to deliver in whole.
