備考: 注文した商品の一部が届いていないことの問い合わせです。

先日、商品が届きましたが、
下記商品が入っていませんでした。

以前、注文した際、商品の一部が別郵便で後日届いたので、
残りは別郵便で届くかと思い数日待ちましたが、
やはり上記商品が届きません。

注文履歴には、
「order shipments」のページの、
上記商品の「QTY SHIPPED」の項目が「0」と表示されています。

上記商品は発送されていますか？

もし、商品の入れ忘れであれば、返金処理ではなく、
再度、別商品を注文するので、それに同梱してもらいたいのですが可能ですか。

Though the item has arrived the other day, the following item was not included.

When I ordered before, since the partial items were arrived by mail separately later, I have waited for a few days so that I expected that the rest of them will be delivered by mail separately. However, the item above hasn’t arrived yet.

On the order history,”0” is displayed on”QTY SHIPPED” of the item above on ”order shipments” page.

Has the item above delivered already?

If you forgot to put it in there, I will order other item again, so could you please include it but not refunding?
