まず配送と連絡が遅れた事は真摯にお詫びします。しかし私は約束通り新しい追跡番号を提供しており、Aの追跡情報からもそれを確認することが出来ます。現在商品は米国税関で止まったままになっています。
通常5日程度で届く筈が滞留しており、輸送業者の責任で対応すべき事案の為現在調査依頼しております。
過去の例から推測すると、荷物の所在が分かった場合は配達まで3日程度、破損紛失等問題があった場合はさらに時間を要します。なおBの件は異存ありません。そちらで確認可能な範囲で追跡をお願いします。

The present goods is remained by the US custom right now. It usually takes 5 days in the remaining time. We are now investigating if the shipping company should take this responsibility.
From the past experiences, if you know where is the package at, the delivery will take around 3 days to get the destination. If there are any problems, like damage, it will take more time. So there is no objection of case B.
