もしくは還付を受ける期限はありますか？
HMRCに再発行を依頼しても時間がかかりすぎて還付が無効になるのを私は心配しています。

For example, can I have the refund still when it took three years for reissue of C79?
Or is there the time limit to take refund?
I worry about the refund to become invalid because of too much time even if I ask HMRC for reissue.
