メーカからの情報だと、お客様が添付した図面の機器は旧型であり、現在は生産しておりません。この機器は今後も生産する予定はなく、対応できないとの事です。　なお、現在の機器は、1個のモータが故障しても、もう1個のモーターでの稼動が可能な仕様となっております。また、新型のモーターは壊れにくい構造となっております。ご心配とのことでしたら、モーターのスペアを1個支給致します。モータ交換は専門の技術者による交換が必要ですが、配送時間の短縮となるかと考えます。

The manufacturer told me that the device of the drawing you have attached is an old model and not produced anymore. It is also not going to be produced in future and they cannot handle it anymore. The current device is so designed that it can work only with one motor in case the other is not functioning anymore. The new motor is also strong against malfunction and damage. If you are yet worried, we will provide you with a spare motor. Exchange of motors requires technicians but that will reduce the delivery time.
