メーカからの情報だと、お客様が添付した図面の機器は旧型であり、現在は生産しておりません。この機器は今後も生産する予定はなく、対応できないとの事です。　なお、現在の機器は、1個のモータが故障しても、もう1個のモーターでの稼動が可能な仕様となっております。また、新型のモーターは壊れにくい構造となっております。ご心配とのことでしたら、モーターのスペアを1個支給致します。モータ交換は専門の技術者による交換が必要ですが、配送時間の短縮となるかと考えます。

According to information from manufacturer, equipment in the drawing my customer attached is old type, and it is not manufactured now. As this equipment is not going to be manufactured in the future, they cannot handle it. One motor at one equipment is out of order now, and it works by using another motor. The new type of motor is designed that it is not easy to be broken. If you worry about it, I will provide one spare motor. We need a technician to exchange the motor, but it might shorten delivery time.
