We have an Analysis Department and a Quality Control Department at our head office. Based on the daily collected data, the Analysis Department analyzes monthly trends, points needed improvements, measures results and communicates them to each department. The Quality Control Department regularly monitors and directs guidance. We will monitor the site staff who utilize the know-how cultivated over many years, and monitor through a specialist department using a third party's perspective that adopts the company's standards and industry standards to improve quality through multifaceted improvement measures based on the collected data.
