東京都内の主要鉄道である山手線内に位置し、かつ東京西部・埼玉方面からの大きな集客をもつターミナル駅。 都心と住宅地の双方が形成されており、様々な地域から労働力の確保が可能な場所です。急な人員増加にも耐えられるキャパシティーです。様々な商業施設があり、大学も複数ある事から、若者の労働力確保に向いている地域です。また、羽田空港からの接続性向上により海外からのアクセスも容易な場所です。
徳島は主婦層が多い為、他のセンターよりtemporaryの率が高くなっています。

It is located in Yamanote Line that is the major railroad in Tokyo. It is also a major station where a large number of people come from western part of Tokyo and Saitama. It has both center of the city and residential area, and is located in the place where we can obtain workers from a variety of areas. It has a capacity large enough to accept rapid increase of people. As there are many kinds of commercial facilities and several universities, it is easy to find young workers. Thanks to improvement of access from Haneda Airport, it is easy to access from foreign countries.
As there are many housewives in Tokushima, rate of temporary work is higher than other centers.
