これは、日本の通信販売の特徴である顧客層に対し有効なサービス提供を可能にする為開発されています。日本の通信販売の顧客層、特に電話でご連絡されるお客様層は中高年齢層が圧倒的に多いことから、エージェントも近しい年齢層の方が、圧倒的に親しみやすく、共感性が高いことが分かっています。これは、中・高年齢層でも操作し易いレイアウトながらクライアントが欲しい情報を押さえつつ、ミスが発生しないようオファー毎、配送毎でシステムが回答を用意し、対応者を最大限支援出来るよう設計・構成しております。

This feature is being developed to become an effective measure to be used specifically for Japanese sale services by mail. The customers of mail services, especially those contacting us by phone are mostly middle aged to older, even if the agents are too and it's easier to be friendly then, we want to make the environment more user friendly even for people of these ages.
We want to be able to give middle to higher aged people the services they deserve without having any chance to make mistakes in the orders on our side so a perfect delivery and service can both happen.
