paypalで確認しましたが、2回払い込みをしていて、何故か2回ともpendingの状態で止まっています。completedされてません。こんなケースは初めてです。原因か何かわからないですが、振込みができない以上は、今回のオーダーをいったんキャンセルしたいと思います。ご迷惑をおかけしますが、キャンセルの手続きをお願いします。

Although I made payment twice, both of them remain "pending" and have not been "completed".
