商品のほうとどきました。ありがとうございました！

しかしながら、今回も１２個程度箱が潰れたものがあり販売ができません。
これまで箱が潰れた商品が２０個ありまして、事務所に山積みになっています。

出荷のたびにお願いしている空箱の化粧箱ですが今回も入っていませんでした。
事務所にスタッフみんなガッカリしております。
すみませんが、空箱を３２箱お送りいただけませんでしょうか？


次の注文は１０００個注文したいですが、どうもお客様から電池の消耗が激しいと

I have recieved the products. Thank you very muc.
However, about 12 boxes were crushed again and could not be sold.
A total of 20 boxes have been crushed and are stacked at the office.

I have requested for an empty vanity case for each shipment, however, was not included again this time.
All of our staff are disappointed.
Can you send 32 empty boxes?

I was considerin 1000 pcs orders, but the customer wrote a review that the battery consumption is fast, so will like to order just 500 pcs.
