今朝Ａ氏と取締役派遣の権利について会話しました。
我々としては今回のタイミングで権利を持てないのは残念だが、それにこだわって御社の業務を停滞させることは本意ではないと考えています。
次に取締役会のメンバーを追加するタイミングで、弊社についてもメンバー登録させていただくことについては、その方向で進めていただくようにお願いします。
また、追加で送付するレターについては、本日の夜に社長の時間を押さえているので、今日か明日のに国際郵便で送付します。
では16時からの打合せ宜しくお願いします。

I had a discussion concerning the right of director deployment with MR A this morning.
It is unfortunate for us not to be able to acquire the right at this timing, but it is not our intention to stagger your business.
We are thinking about registrating our company member at the timing for the next addition of board of director and ask you to take this in consideration.
As for the additional letter, it will be sent today or tomorrow by EMS as we have reserved an appointment for tonight with the president.
We shall meet at 16:00 as scheduled.
