今朝Ａ氏と取締役派遣の権利について会話しました。
我々としては今回のタイミングで権利を持てないのは残念だが、それにこだわって御社の業務を停滞させることは本意ではないと考えています。
次に取締役会のメンバーを追加するタイミングで、弊社についてもメンバー登録させていただくことについては、その方向で進めていただくようにお願いします。
また、追加で送付するレターについては、本日の夜に社長の時間を押さえているので、今日か明日のに国際郵便で送付します。
では16時からの打合せ宜しくお願いします。

This morning I had a conversation with Mr. A concerning the right to dispatch a director.
As for our part, it is unfortunate that we are not able to obtain the right at this timing, but it is not our true intention to stagnate your work by clinging to it.
At the next timing when we add a board meeting member, please be aware to register as a member, too.
Also, regarding the letter to be sent additionally, I have booked my president:s time tonight, so I will send it to you either today or tomorrow.
