追跡番号を確認したところストックホルムの税関までは到着したようです。
税関からの通知書は届きませんでしたでしょうか？
関税もしくはVATの支払いが必要だったのかもしれません。
再送しても同じように不着の可能性がありますので今回は返金にて対応させて頂きました。
