弊社の技術から、AとBについては対応が出来ないと連絡を受けておりました。
私がその連絡をし忘れておりました。誠に申し訳御座いません。

何故出来ないかというと、弊社で設計が出来ないためです。
弊社もサプライヤーに依頼せざるを得ないため、コストも掛かりますし、
技術的なclarificationも時間が掛かります。

Cについては我々のスコープですので、対応致します。

下記の件ですが、AとBのどちらの話でしょうか？
トルクはどこのトルクを指しているのかも教えて下さい。

I heard from technology department of our company that they cannot handle A and B.
I forgot to let you know about it. I apologize to you.

The reason is that we cannot design in our company.
As we have to request to supplier, it costs money and takes time to clarify technologically.

As for C, we handle it since it is within our scope.

Regarding the following, which one are you talking about A or B?
As for torque, would you tell us which one are you talking about?
